Bayan manifest
AVISA fills the Bayan cargo manifest workbook for each vessel arrival from your bookings, shows the filing deadline and marks land-transit cargo as Transit.

Most of a shipping agency's work is the same wherever it operates: the bookings, the containers and their clocks, the charges it bills, the lines it represents, the depots and the surveys. In AVISA that part is the core, and it does not depend on the country.
What changes from one country to the next is how an agency files with its customs and its terminals, and the rules its tax invoices follow. In AVISA those parts come as a country pack. Oman's pack is built in. If your agency works somewhere else, we build your country's pack for your installation.
Each agency runs AVISA as its own install, with its own database. The screens and documents are in English.
AVISA prepares these filings for your team. It does not file with customs on your behalf.
If your agency works in another country, we build that country's pack into your installation. We start from what your customs and terminals require: the manifest your customs system accepts, the requests and files your terminals ask for, and the rules your tax invoices follow. Your team checks the pack on your own shipments before you rely on it. The core stays as it is.
Each pack is built for the agency that asks for it, so its scope, its timeline and its price come from that work. Tell us the country and the ports you work through, and we will tell you what its pack needs.
Some agencies also need AVISA to exchange data with a system they already use, such as their accounting software, a line's system or a terminal's portal. We scope and build that connection for your installation as custom work.

Yes. The core works the same for any shipping agency. Customs, terminal and tax filings come in a country pack: Oman's is built, and another country's is built for your installation.
Oman: the Bayan cargo manifest workbook, OICT terminal service requests at Sohar, the port filings tracker and VAT per charge. Another country's pack is built when an agency there needs it.
It depends on what your customs and terminals require. We look at their formats with you first, and give you a plan and a timeline before the work starts.
No. AVISA prepares the filings, and your team submits them. In Oman, your team uploads the Bayan manifest workbook that AVISA prepares.
AVISA's screens and documents are in English. This website explains AVISA in English and Arabic.
